With this song I am trying to capture that moment when I realise I am coming back up out of a medically-induced setback - a realignment, and what happens to me physically and emotionally - and all in the knowledge that there will setbacks in my future and that I can get through them.

Well the sun is back on my horizon

Yes the clouds have all rumbled away

I’ve found myself a-smilin’ at my life

And I’ve started to sing up again
